STRIDE

STRIDE PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Stride is a small-group training program offered during the fall, winter, and spring seasons. Fall Stride is designed for athletes who want additional touches on the ball during the week to complement their team training. Sessions focus on developing technical skills, including ball control, passing and receiving, vision, on-ball and off-ball movement, acceleration, individual defending, aerial play, and more.

Register for both Fall Roots and Fall Stride to give your athlete the best overall experience. Together, these two programs provide the ideal combination of skill development and game play, helping athletes build confidence, improve their abilities, and apply what they learn in a game environment.

Registration for Fall Stride is open to athletes of all skill levels and will be completed through the PlayerFirst registration platform. Registration opens on Monday, July 27, at 9:00 a.m. CST.
