SPRING STRIDE is especially geared toward three types of players:
1. Serious players that are on our U14, U16 and U19 Travel Team programs. These players want to get extra coaching and touches on the ball to enhance their performance on those teams and help them become better all-around players. Travel Team players will participate in Stride along with their regularly scheduled travel team practices.
2. Players who are not in the Travel programs but participate in other Windy City Winter, Spring or Fall programs. These players want to receive extra instruction to improve their performance in Windy City spring programs. Highly recommended to be registered for Roots Spring League or Select to join Stride.
3. College Stride (spring only) for those committed to play in a college program in Fall.
***Stride is not recommended for the beginner player or for those with very little experience.***
