To register for the Winter Academy program click on the REGISTRATION FORM link. Status for programs are as folllows:
Print the form, fill it out and send it in immediately. Our programs fill quickly and the numbers taken in the Academy are limited. Registrations are processed in the order received. When the Windy City office receives your registration, your name will then appear on the Confirmed Players list on the left bar.
