To register for the Windy City Summer program as an Academy player click on this link.
Print the form, fill it out and send it in immediately. Our programs fill quickly and the numbers taken in Summer Academy is limited. Registrations are processed in the order received. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when the Windy City office receives your registration. Your name will then appear on the Confirmed Players list on the left bar.
