Windy City provides league play for U14-U19 players in the Select program. The 2 hour Spring Select program is a continuation of the Winter Select program and only players from the Winter program can be in Sping program. If space opens in our Spring Select Program, then slots will be filled on a first-come first-serve basis. Equal emphasis is placed on skill development and league play. Games are small sided and played on a smaller field. Players will receive equal playing time. Tournament style is round robin and champions are named. All coaches and umpires are trained and supervised by the Windy City directors. Each team coach is given an age appropriate curriculum to follow so all players receive consistent information.
Spring League is managed by Katie Beach and Keith Beach.
Each player will be required to wear a Windy City numbered reversible jersey. Reversible jerseys will be available for purchase in our Team Shop. All players are required to have plain black shorts, colored socks, their own sticks, shin guards and mouth guards. Eyewear is optional.
All league confirmation, team rosters and game schedules will be communicated by e-mail and the Windy City web site. As registrations are received, an e-mail is sent and the players name appears in Confirmed Players. After registrations are closed, players will be assigned to a Team Roster.
U14 BRONZE DIVISION
players under the age of 14 on January 1, 2012. Lowest grade allowed is 7th.
