The Windy City Fall Stride program provides additional and advanced small group instruction for 5th-8th  grade athletes in our Windy City programs. These sessions are meant to enhance the instruction players are receiving within our other programs. Sessions are small group limited to 12 field players with 1-2 coaches. Not recommended for beginner level players.

FALL  STRIDE is especially geared toward two types of players:

1. Serious players that are on our U12, U14 Travel Team programs. These players want to get extra coaching and touches on the ball to enhance their performance on those teams and help them become better all-around players. Travel Team players are encouraged to be in our Roots Fall League Program as well, but not required.

2. Players who are not in the Travel programs but participate in other Windy City Winter, Spring or Fall programs. These players want to receive extra instruction to improve their performance in Windy City spring programs. Highly recommended to be registered for Roots Fall League to join Fall Stride.

***Stride is not recommended for the beginner player or for those with very little experience.***
